Common questions

My reminders aren't firing

Open Settings → Preferences → Notifications inside the app and confirm reminders are on. Pebzli sends notifications during the windows you picked — morning (9am), afternoon (1pm), evening (6pm), and night (9pm) local time. A habit only nudges you in its own windows.

On Android, some devices aggressively close background apps. If you're on a Samsung or other non-Pixel Android and reminders stop arriving after a while, email us — we have a known issue we're working on and a workaround we can walk you through.

I changed phones and my habits are gone

By default, Pebzli runs anonymously — your habits live on your device's account, not a backed-up cloud profile. If you didn't sign up before switching phones, the data is still on the old device but isn't reachable from the new one.

To prevent this, sign up from Settings → Account → Back up your habits. Your existing habits get attached to your email and will be available on any device you sign in to.

How do I export my data

Settings → Data → Export data produces a CSV file with every habit and completion in your account. You can also export to calendar (.ics) for daily and weekly habits.

How do I delete my account

Settings → Data → Delete account. This removes your account and every habit and completion tied to it. It's immediate and can't be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Play Store, not by us. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pebzli → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pebzli → Cancel. You can also reach the right page from inside the app via Settings → Subscription.

The widget on my home screen isn't updating

The widget refreshes a few times an hour, not in realtime. If a habit you just completed still shows as open, give it up to thirty minutes. If it's still stuck after that, removing and re-adding the widget usually clears it.

I want to report a bug or suggest a feature

Email us at support@pebzli.com. If it's a bug, tell us your phone model, OS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help. The Send feedback row inside Settings → Support pre-fills most of this for you.
